This morning members from the Senior Management Team enjoyed what can only be described as a masterclass in LEAN methodology from Dwain Steele at Hampton Conservatories.
The family run business introduced LEAN to their manufacturing facility six years ago and we were afforded the opportunity to witness first hand how it has transformed the company. Dwain was an excellent host and joining us on the tour was Gerardette McGivern from Happy Feet Podiatry – another innovative healthcare business keen to improve through LEAN methods.
Whilst traditionally only adopted by the manufacturing industry, we are excited to see what improvements can be made at Bridgeview by emracing LEAN. Watch this space!
