County Antrim care provider receives Highly Commended recognition in four categories, highlighting commitment to compassionate care and staff support
Bridgeview Care Group is celebrating a major achievement after receiving Highly Commended recognition in four categories it was nominated for at the prestigious Strategic Nursing Care Awards, held recently in Belfast.
The awards recognise excellence across the nursing and residential care sector in Northern Ireland, celebrating organisations and individuals who demonstrate outstanding leadership, compassionate care, and a commitment to improving the lives of residents.
Bridgeview Care Group, which operates Bridgeview Nursing Home in Toomebridge and Bridgeview Residential Home in Dunloy, was recognised in four separate categories, emphasing the strength of the organisation’s leadership, staff, and supportive care culture.
Managing Director Patricia Casement said the recognition reflects the dedication of the entire team.

The awards recognised both the organisation as a whole and individual members of the Bridgeview team, including Home Manager Fionnuala, whose leadership was praised for creating a positive, supportive environment where staff feel valued and empowered.
Under her leadership, the home has continued to deliver high standards of person-centred care, with a strong focus on teamwork, staff development, and resident wellbeing.
The judging panel also recognised the contribution of Activities Therapist Tracey, whose creativity and dedication help residents remain active, engaged and connected to the things that bring them joy. Healthcare Assistant Chloe was awarded for her dedication and consistent services to make each day a safe, healthy environment for individuals to flourish.
For Bridgeview Care Group, the awards are not only a moment of celebration but also recognition of the organisation’s ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality care and continuously improving the lives of residents.
