Registered Nurse (Full-Time)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering bespoke, healthcare plans to individuals with learning, physical and sensory disabilities. You will always ensure the safety and well-being of our residents and your colleagues. Duties:
– Administer medications and treatments to residents exactly as prescribed
– Monitor, assess and evaluate residents’ conditions, activities of living and risk audits ensuring accountability for time-based actions
– Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualised care plans
– Provide direct resident care with appropriate nursing interventions; supporting and mentoring colleagues to deliver exemplary practice
– Communicate effectively in written, oral, and non-verbal modes
– Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records
– Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents

Requirements:
– Valid Registered Nurse license in [NMC]
– Proven experience as a Registered Nurse or similar role
– Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Compassionate and empathetic nature
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
